· 5 years client server and web development experience under the
windows 2000/Vista operating environment.
· 3 years experience with the following development tools based
server platform in the following:
o .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5
o SQL 2005, including development of stored procedures
o Visual Studio 2005/2008
o VB.Net and ASP.Net
o Ajax
o XML and XSLT
o Web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, CSS
o Team Foundation Server
· 5 years experience using the following:
o Windows 2000/Vista desktop
o Office 2000/2003/2007
· 3 years of strong experience developing applications using VB.Net and
the .Net Framework.
o Experience in developing web applications, windows applications
and console applications using .Net Framework 2.0/3.5
o Proven skills in unit and system testing multi-tier applications
in a Windows 2000/Vista environment.
o Prior experience performing communication path development and
load testing.
o Prior experience of writing technical specifications
documentation.
o Demonstrated ability to communicate well in written and oral form
within various project team environments containing business and technical
representatives.
*Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications:*
· .Net 3.5 architectural experience
· Working knowledge of DOL application development standards and
common components.
· Knowledge of the Vehicle Field System application
