*Please respond to [email protected]* *Position in Charlotte, NC* *Duration: 6months* *Requirement:* need proactive, self-motivated, productive individual to join our Knowledge Management team. *Essential Job Functions:* • Participate as an integral part of multiple project teams to identify communication and training needs. • Collaborate and partner with subject matter experts to design and develop dynamic learning solutions in a variety of media and delivery methods. • Ability to work one-on-one with all levels of management and technical staff. • Develop and drive completion of communication plans. • Maintain online help. • Build SharePoint sites as needed. • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions. • Perform other duties as assigned. *Required Skills:* • Proven competency in instructional design with expertise in the development of blended learning – instructor led, self paced, web-based, etc. • Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment. • Experience in all phases of the instructional design process. • Superior knowledge of authoring tools, usability and functionality testing methods, as well as course and learner evaluation methodology. • Knowledge of adult learning theory. • Experience in curriculum design, content development and training best practices. • Instructional design experience with an adult learner target audience. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently on multiple projects and prioritize based on timelines. • Ability to meet tight deadlines. • Attention to detail. • Proficiency in MS Office 2007, including MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher. • Proficiency in Adobe RoboHelp, Adobe Captivate, SharePoint WSS 3.0 • Experience with MS Project. *Desired Skills:* Cable industry experience.
