·         Experience inBusiness Objects XI R2/6.x/5.x/2.x - Central Management Console, SDK, Central Configuration Manager, Platform InfoView, Web / Desktop / OLAP Intelligence, Set Analysis, Designer, Supervisor, Administrator, Application Foundation, Enterprise Performance / Information Manager, Dashboard Manager, and ScoreCards,

·         UsedCrystal Reports, Metadata, Crystal Xcelsius 4.5/3.5/3.0, Crystal Decisions, Excelsius Data Visualization, Live Office, Import Wizard,, Report Conversion Tool and Services, and used Broadcast Agent Scheduler, Publisher, and Auditor.
