* * *SQL data analysis position * *Location, Caramel Valley, CA* *Duration :6+months * *Rate : $45/hr * *Job description :* The focus of the roles will be data cleaning, filtering and conversion into SQL. They must be very solid in managing, loading and comparing data. All candidates MUST have great communication skills and be flexible. *EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE* Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline from a four-year college or university plus at least three to seven years related technical experience and/or training. *REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:* - At least 5 years MS SQL Server data analysis/development experience - Expertise in data cleaning and filtering and conversion. - At least 1 year experience in Insurance and Financial services is desireable - Expertise in managing, loading and comparing data pre/post conversion. - Experience in implementing standards and procedure in SQL work. - Understanding of Data Warehouse Architecture and Data Modeling is desired, but not necessary (OLAP & OLTP) - Expertise in SQL stored procedures and ability to tune SQL queries - Knowledge with parallel processing is a plus - Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities - Strong analytic and problem solving skills - Experience with source code change control process and tools - Comprehensive knowledge of standard system development life cycles principles and system development methodologies required *PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* - Communicate complex technical ideas in a simple way with business users - Transform business user needs into technically feasible solutions - Experience with SQL Server 2005 is required - Ability to work on all programming tasks without instruction, and on other phases of applications development, such as quality assurance testing and walkthroughs, with general guidance - Ability to estimate, schedule and track projects from start to finish. *Thanks & Regards,*** * *** *Sudheer*** *Nihaki Systems Inc**,*** *Email ID**:[EMAIL PROTECTED] --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "IBM_Mainframe" group.
