Techno-Functional ESS/MSS lead/design architect who will be responsible for deliverables of ESS/MSS functionality with all technical design aspects of the SAP HCM requirements which includes multiple technologies (ABAP HCM enhancements, ESS/MSS Portal Development including Web Dynpro and Adobe Interactive Forms). The consultant should be able to functionally configure the ESS/MSS homepage framework and have a working knowledge of maintaining and migrating Portal Content in the PCD. The consultant will write technical specifications, manage the RICEF inventory list and coordinate with our off-shore development team. The consultant will also be expected to interface directly with the HR business to demo standard XSS functionality and to identify customizations required. The ideal candidate will have a very good understanding of SAP HCM functionality in the Core SAP HR modules (PA/OM/BN/ESS/MSS).
