BO/BI Architect Location: NY Duration: 6 mnts Rate: DOE Job Title: BO / BI - Architect -10+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in Business Intelligence and Data Integration/ETL areas -6+ years of direct experience in defining Architecture & Design of enterprise wide Data Marts, BI Reporting, Dashboards and ETL applications -Strong understanding of various development phases and deliverables of a DM /BI application and able to provide Estimates and Scheduling inputs to the Project Manager -Extensive experience of analyzing Reporting, Data and ETL requirements by working with Business and Technical teams -Experience in Business Objects Enterprise XI platform with strong technical knowledge of various components such as Universe, Query as a Web Service, Live Office, InfoView, Dashboard Manager, Crystal xCelcius, BO Data Integrator, Web Intelligence etc. -Hands on Experience of designing Data Marts and Universes to support complex Metrics/KPI Dashboards and detail level Drill-down and Ad-hoc Reports. -Experience of working with BO Data Integrator for developing ETL applications for integrating multiple data sources like Oracle, DB2, mainframe, Access, Delimited files etc. -Excellent Communication, Presentation and Documentation skills -Experience with Databases like Oracle, DB2 etc will be big plus -Certification in Business Objects XI R2 platform is a big plus
