1. Detailed knowledge of SAP SEM BCS, specially in the following areas · Configuration of Data Model-Data Source, Databasis ,Data Streams, Corresponding BW Settings · Master Data –Configuration of all master data characteristics ,Master Data Changes (Legal Entity changes ,AFD,FS Items etc ) & their impact on COI/Good will calculations, Accounting techniques · Data collection-Load from Data Streams. Flexible upload , Data Collection Method via(Flexible Upload and Load from Data Stream: from SAP R/3 to BI to BCS · Currency translation - · Validations-Upload, Business Rules, Custom Validations, AFD vs RFD Validations · Preparations for consolidation group changes · Inter-unit eliminations (for example, for payables and receivables, revenue and Expense, or investment income) and reconciliations · Consolidation of investments-System Settings ,,Goodwill calculation, Appropriation of retained Earnings, Various Methods ,End to End process understanding from RFD till final publication of Reports · Reclassification and Allocation-Automatic Postings · Balance carry forward 2. Implementation experience in consolidation processes using a formal implementation methodology and SAP SEM-BCS package( Min 2-3 Implementation).Additional knowledge/exposure of SAP-BPC (Outlook Soft) or any other similar application like SAP-Cartesis to guide customer on future road-map of consolidation products. Should be able to provide a consultative approach & not just Technical Solution to Customer. 3. SAP BW – Good knowledge of SAP – Backend/Process Chains, info objects, Reporting Requirements . Comprehensive understanding of BW modeling and design techniques. Generation of Data basis, Info cubes etc 4. Upgrade Experience on Enhancement Packs/SPs –BCS Configuration & Standard BW Procedures viz activation of Business functions, addition to info-object Catalogue, Addition of Characteristics to Transactional Cubes, Role Assignments etc. 5. Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA(Fin) only Rated Institutions. 6. Domain experience: He or She should have relevant domain experience in performing Consolidation related activities or good understanding of Consolidation Process (SAP/Non-SAP) (End to End) . In depth understanding of IFRS is a must *Process Knowledge * 7. ITIL Process: Familiarity with Incident/Change/Release Management Well versed with tools like Remedy, Solution Manager etc. *Inter Personal Skills* 8. To be able to guide Junior Team Members on various aspects of SEM-BCS. 9. Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills, good People management skills and strong analytical, problem solving skills 10. Experience in Customer / Partner Interaction activities which are not limited to but will include liaising with customer and provide accurate estimate of work involved when required, identifying and making the customer aware of any changes which may have cross functional/Cross Module impact. *Nice to Have *1.
