Resource must be able to jump into a sink or swim situation and become an expert in the global template as currently defined so he/she may identify localizations and other functionality gaps, but also be in a position to push/roll-over with the global template as designed. *Required Skills:* 1. All FI areas - GL....in particular, experience with New G/L, AP, AR, Assets.....CO, including PC, CCA, replacement of PCA by New G/L functionality, and COPA. 2. Well versed in *Italian localizations/legal requirements* 3. FICO consultant with strong consultative/leadership experience 4. Global SAP implementation experience with knowledge/experience in Europe and N/S America (Asia is a plus) 5. Strong consulting skills/leadership managing difficult customer 6. Ability to design/blueprint in a complex, multi-national environment 7.
