Duration 12 Months Location Atlanta GA Description *Need Local* Position Requirements: *Required:* Must have proven hands-on experience developing (with some leadership) web based applications of at least 5 to 7 years using J2EE standards (JSP, JSF is required) and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Must have prior hands-on experience using development tools (e.g. Rational, Eclipse) Must have STRONG prior experience of IBM WebSphere suite of products ? primarily in order of preference Portal Server, Process Server and some Application Server expertise. Should have strong object-oriented development skills. Should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior product development experience. Prior experience using Rational Development tools. Prior experience using an OO development methodology (e.g. RUP, Agile).
