Need Cisco CUIS skills.

Gather functional, technical, and business requirements.

Cisco's Call Center Reporting solution including real time and historical
reporting.

Configuration and customization of Cisco's CUIS Systems (Web Front End and
Archiver/SQL Hosts).

Configure and Customize of all required Interfaces to Cisco's Call Center
Systems (i.e., ICM, CM, CVP, etc.) as per Client Requirements.
