Defining and reviewing requirements Completing coding on new, complex and involved systems Evaluating, redesigning and modifying existing program logic to improve system performance Providing team leadership in areas of specific technical knowledge Working in a cross functional team to ensure enterprise architecture standards, and scalable technologies Minimum of 5+ year's experience with Java and Flex Minimum of 3+ year's experience with Spring Advanced knowledge of object oriented software Demonstrated success and career progression in the IT field is required (7 years or more desired) Healthcare experience is a plus, as is experience with medical devices and interfaces to hardware devices. (telehealth and telemedicine initiatives) Ability to clearly communicate with all facets of the organization.
