*TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS :*
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Work with Application Development, Product Development, QA and Business to
grow the franchise through improved products, services, reliability,
capacity and performance.
* Own capacity and performance management in the space.
* Focus on strategic change planning and management.
* Build operations tools and automation.
* Troubleshoot order flow between different trading systems internally and
externally.
* Liaise with development teams to troubleshoot and assist with recurring
and/or high visibility production issues.
* Risk/exposure management during production outages
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Knowledge of scripting is required; Perl and K-Shell
* Basic programming skills
* Ability to work in a fast pace and high-stress environment
* Strong work ethic and team player
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Understanding of the FIX protocol
* Understanding of Equities and Options
* Series 7, 55, and/or 63 licenses a plus
