Need: Visual Studio .NET 3.5 Developer
Rate: $40/Hr {MAXX}
Duration: 6 months+
Raleigh, NC
Contractor to assist with the development of a web based system to capture
and report Unemployment Insurance Financial data. This assignment will be
completed under the direction and guidance of permanent staff
Responsibilities include:
. Writing and optimizing Stored Procedures and Data Access functions for an
SQL database
. Design and development of new web applications
. Creation of graphical user interfaces and code development that addresses
the business need in an agreed-upon time frame.
. Developing time estimates and identifying project milestones.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
Required:
. Minimum of four (4) years experience in the design of n-tier applications
with Visual Studio .NET 3.5
. Minimum of (four) 4 years solid experience in web application development
e with n-tier applications using IIS/MTS, ASP.NET, VB.NET, ADO.NET, HTML,
Javascript, SQL and web-services.
. Minimum of (two) 2 years experience with creating PDFs and various
reporting tools.
. Demonstrated experience in development of web applications using n-tier
architecture in a Windows .net environment and in the design of web sites
and the use of GUI tools
. Experience in developing business services objects
. Proven communications, both written and verbal
. Ability to take direction as well as the ability to work independently or
as part of a team on assigned tasks.
