MS Project Server - Maintenance/Support Technician

Rate: $45 - $50/hr C2C (DOE)



The requirement is for Project Administrator/Technician with strong MS
Project and MS Project Server Experience, minimum 5+ Years working on medium
to large size programs.

Skills and Experience:
-------------------------
Project Server 2007 most desired. MS Project 2003+ experience required.
Good communication and customer support
Self-motivated, driven; does not need constant direction to find answers.
Analytical and Problem Solving skills
Able to work in fast-paced, high-stress, constantly changing volatile
atmosphere


Responsibilities:
The Project Server Support Technician will manage a queue of support issues
related to the Project Server 2007 software.
Directly interface with PMs and Individual Contributors to troubleshoot
problems with project plans, accepting task updates, and time entry.
This resource will work directly with Microsoft Support if necessary to
resolve issues.
They will also monitor the Project Server queue and perform proactive
support activities.
