Job Description:
* Performs Functional and Business Analysis for the HR, ePerformance &
Talent Planning Modules
* Work with the client to evaluate the various HR processes and consult on
the optimal solutions to be implemented.
* Recognize business processes that can be improved through technology and
or business practices as they relate to HR and recommend solutions
* Create business requirement documents to ensure technical specifications
can be developed
* Document specification, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant
information
* Provide set-up, configuration and maintenance of tables within the
PeopleSoft system.

Skills
* Over all 6-8 years of experience including 4 years of hands on HR
experience
* Should have worked on PeopleSoft 8.9 or above as a HR functional business
analyst
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR, ePerformance and Talent Planning is a plus
* General understanding of HR configuration, tables, data etc
* Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents and
business requirements
* Must be detail oriented and quality driven and possess excellent
communication and customer service

skills.
* Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills
* Ability to analyze and interpret HR and Self Services related data
