Seeking a *Senior Business Analyst position on the Business Intelligence team.* Immediate project is building an Enterprise Data Warehouse to be used as a common source of truth for use in reporting clinical and financial data throughout the company. *We are not looking for someone to merely act as a liaison between SMEs and the technical team* we are looking for the SME. * *POSITION DUTIES* - Work hand-in-hand with users to define clinical key performance indicators and metrics. - Define appropriate presentation methods for customer specific needs (ad hoc, reports, dashboards, scorecards, analytic tools). - Identify unconfirmed local dimensions in disparate systems; propose/adopt national standards within the warehouse and define data transformations needed to adapt. - Document and describe Requirements for use by the technical team. - Define and prospect for data (within and external to the company) that needs to be included in the data warehouse to support metrics. - Perform functional testing on developing systems, and train/guide users on their use during rollout. - Coaching, mentoring, managing and motivating assigned junior Business Associates. *SKILL REQUIREMENTS* - Proven experience defining *Business Intelligence clinical metrics/KPIs in a health care environment*. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills, for use with technical project team and non-technical users. - Proven ability to navigate the organization chart. - Strong and practical Microsoft product knowledge. - Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or equivalent foreign institution. *Please send resume asap to [email protected] only.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mainframe" group.
