Working with multiple teams at onsite
• Collaborate across departments including Project Management, Software Engineering, User Experience and Rue La La Business Units driving the requirements and functional definition for Rue La La business initiatives.
• Produce detailed requirements documentation and functional specifications.
• Manage requirements throughout the project SDLC ensuring requirements and design documentation is kept up to date.
• Support Software Engineers during the Development phase of the SDLC working through issues and new use cases as they arise.
• Support QA and Rollout phase of the project developing test cases, UAT plans and training documentation as required.
