Candidates should be very hands on and have the ability to code if needed. * Experience working with business owners to gather and prioritize business requirements. * 3+ years of experience managing a team of developers, including the delegation of tasks and tracking of developer workload. * Demonstrated ability to lead large scale software development projects to successful completion on time and on budget. * Experience with project management methodologies, building and managing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, etc. * Experience with development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum, TFS, and RUP * Ability to work with QA to schedule production support releases, coordinate utilization of QA environments, and ensure that appropriate business requirements are satisfactorily tested. * Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong verbal and communication skills. * Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. * Must be authorized to work in the United States. Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. • 8-10 years of relevant project management experience required • Ability to coordinate activities within cross-divisional and cross-functional teams.
