The Financials modules include FM, FI, GM, GL, CO, AP, AR, IM, WO/MAM, Purchasing, Project Systems, and Asset Management. The HCM modules include OM, PA, Benefits, Time, Payroll, LSO and ESS, with MSS in the very near future. The Time module is integrated with Kronos. The SAP System also includes BW, PI, and Portal. 2. *BACKGROUND* Business Requirements: · Provide an enterprise-wide solution for tracking requests, issues and inquiries. · Create an automated process to route requests and inquiries for action and resolution · Enable automated processes to identify and resolve inquiries which have not been handled within a defined period · Provide a searchable knowledge base · Provide analytical reports which yield actionable insights for the management of inquiry tracking and resolution processes. · Provide a public facing portal for constituents to enter and track issues and inquiries. Proposed Solution: · Implementation of SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 7.0 Preliminary Scope CRM Functionality to be implemented: · Customer Interaction Center · Case Management · Solutions Database/Knowledge Management · Text Retrieval and Extraction (TREX)- search engine · Business Intelligence, including interactive reporting · Possible elements depending on specific requirements o Installed Base Master Data Element o Account Management o Activity Management / Task Management o Integration with GIS · Middleware * * *JOB #1* *PROVIDER will provide expertise for the OWNER's Team. Appropriate candidates should have experience/expertise with Web DynPro (prior to version 4A). Ideal candidates should have experience in Component Enhancement. The PROVIDER will review enhancements to native code to ensure best practices have been followed, and to provide guidance with proposed future development work.* *PROPOSER can submit resumes for one or more of the positions listed. The client may elect to select none, one or multiple PROPOSERS to provide support services for each of the following positions.* *SERVICES will be used on an as needed basis for the duration of the project. On-site support may be required.* * JOB #2* *PROVIDER will provide middleware expertise for the OWNER's Project Team. Appropriate candidates will have middleware experience/expertise specifically related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 7.0 and Enterprise Core Component (ECC) 6.0 integration. Ideal candidates will also have experience configuring middleware for ECC 6.0 Materials Management and Billing. The PROVIDER will be expected to be a dedicated resource during the implementation of the Customer Interaction Center (CIC), and guide the OWNER with middleware development. * *PROPOSER can submit resumes for one or more of the positions. The County may elect to select none, one or multiple PROPOSERS to provide support services for each of the positions.* *SERVICES will be used on an as needed basis for the duration of the project. Preference is for candidates with Public Sector experience/expertise with the Customer Interaction Center (CIC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 7.0, specifically with Service Orders. Ideal candidates should also have Enterprise Core Component (ECC) 6.0 Materials Management and Billing experience. * *PROVIDER will guide the owner through an extended analysis of legacy systems, particularly a legacy work order system, mapping the functionality to CIC functionality. Once the analysis is done, PROVIDER will be expected to guide the OWNER through implementation of the proposed solution. * *SERVICES will be used on an as needed basis for the duration of the project. On-site support may be required.* *JOB #4* *PROVIDER will provide security expertise for the OWNER's Project Team around environment/landscape creation. Appropriate candidates will have experience/expertise with creating Customer Interaction Center (CIC) environment/landscapes that include a public facing portal. The PROVIDER will be expected to guide the OWNER with decisions around firewalls, web dispatchers, etc., to ensure peak performance for the CIC. * *PROPOSER can submit resumes for one or more of the positions.
