Short Description:
Web Application developer for Next Generation Sequencing Consultant
workbench development.

Complete Description:
Over the last two years we have seen a significant increase in both
the number of runs as well as PI Projects using NextGen sequencing
technologies. Given this success we are now looking to transition some
clinical assays to this technology and need to develop a “consultant’s
workbench” to aid in the interpretation and annotations of genomic
variants. This application will consolidate and present the user with
context around genomic variation found during testing.

Behavior Characteristics:
The candidate must have 3-5 yrs of Graphical User interface design and
experiences building web applications. Experience in Java, UNIX, PERL,
UNIX Shell, groovy or other scripting languages is req. Exp. in
Genomics/Bioinformatics is desired.
