Skills/Requirements • Implementation Project Management: Responsible for working directly with users and management to establish and validate requirements and manage the systems and process design and development process through successful delivery. • Define scope, objectives and critical success factors for projects. • Establish key project milestones, activities, tasks within a standard project practices and procedures within the Client’s project methodology. • Identify resource requirements, engaging and assigning tasks and responsibilities to project team members, establish appropriate team norms and processes including meeting formats and team working relationships. • Facilitate requirements gathering and process / systems design and documentation • Lead and Manage Development / Implementation Teams • Ensure project technology change is thoroughly tested and documented prior to transition to production and appropriate training for users and IS support occurs prior to move to production • Manage project budgets, ensure proper project services invoicing accuracy and timeliness, and escalate budget issues appropriately • Ensure project management best practices are followed to achieve project goals and long-term IS Service utility and warranty are accomplished. • Leverage established best practices utilizing client’s project management methodology to efficiently manage project processes REQUIREMENTS – • B.S. or M.S degree with a minimum of 5 - 10 years of technology project management experience required. • Excellent communication skills / ability to manage personnel from multiple organizations including internal Heinz and external vendors. • Experience in managing the implementation of packaged enterprise applications and/or custom development applications is required. • ITIL, PMP, and/or Sigma Black Belt certifications a plus.
