Software development will be in J2EE/Websphere/Rational Application Developer environment. Complete Description: The IT Section of Education Support Systems is seeking a skilled, Analyst/Programmer, to join the MayoExpert development team. MayoExpert is a knowledge management system which will provide point of care access to clinical information, portals to more in-depth learning and an individual learning portfolio. This foundation based initiative is high profile, targeting an aggressive development/ implementation. The candidate selected, will work with a dynamic team in developing software in the J2EE/Websphere/Rational Application Developer environment. Candidate will participate in an on-call, after- hours rotation. Behavior Characteristics: Flexibility to shift with priorities. Willingness to assist/educate other technical staff.
