Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. · At least 6 years of experience with HP Service Manager Implementation Projects. · Years of Post Graduate degree or equivalent could be considered as work experience years *Preferred Skills and Proficiencies* · Sound knowledge of HP Service Manager Modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, SLM, Knowledge etc.) · Should have worked on at least 3 end to end implementation projects. · Architecture Designing, Installation, configuration, Development and integration as per client requirement in SSL and Non-SSL Mode*.* · HP Service manager high availability (Scaling, Hardware & Software Load Balancing) implementation for all modules with different type of application in SSL and Non-SSL Mode. · Define and implement different authentication strategies for HP BTO tooling (sLDAP integration, web SSO-trusted sign-on, SSL certificates). · Managing Licenses and renewal, License tracking And Usage management.
