You will have the ability to understand and execute paperwork/agreements You will gain good knowledge of US employment tax terms W2, C2C and 1099. You will be able to solicit referrals and follow up with potential talent to place them for appropriate projects with clients. You will be able to use extensively an industry leading ERP for IT staffing industry. You will become responsible for the entire hiring process, this includes-Sourcing, Screening, Phone interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to Account Managers.
