*Position:- Sap Data Management Consultant* *Location:- Mossville, IL* *Duration:-12+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic Hire Only* *Summary:* Responsible for working with end users on the SAP application's integration and functionality; determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area's ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in data management or production operations systems preferred. Ten plus years relevant experience required. *Skills and Competencies:* · Experience with SAP in product data management roles, including bills of material, material masters, drawings, lists, Source Lists, Vendor Master, etc. · Ability to provide maintenance and manipulation of document information records in SAP. · High level of competency in Microsoft Access and Microsoft Office suite. · Ability to create and maintain informational databases and reports using these tools. · Experience in bill of materials and product structure. · Ability to collaborate with peers and customers to gain cooperation and/or conduct presentations of technical information project activities. · Professional demeanor with ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative and effective ways. *Major Job Duties:* · Collects and analyzes data to support Purchasing master data quality. · Organizes information into useable, actionable reports for use by Source to Pay organization · Interfaces with several business, operations and engineering services to insure coordination of data across functional lines. · Works with a large amount of data that must be organized in an understandable format. · Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. · Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, generally instructions on new assignments. *Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:* · Work with a team of Information Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain and GIS professions to: Develop the enterprise data infrastructure required for supply chain management. · Develop and create visualization tools for end-to-end supply chain network. · Develop innovative analytical and modeling tools to address business issues, such as Total Landed Cost and management of risk mitigation. · Identify gaps within the project deliverables and developing improvement plans for the identified gaps. *REQUIRED:* · Advance degree in Engineering, Predictive Analytics, Operation Research or related field preferred. · 5-10 years in product development and/or field support - familiar with client's established systems and components definitions. · 5-10 years in manufacturing and supply chain engineering - familiar with client's component supply base and product assembly network. · Concept stage innovation experience for both product and process engineering, with significant experience in intellectual property creation and management. · Software architect experience, with 2 or more deployed enterprise system. · Significant experience in data mining, analytics, forecasting, and advanced modeling techniques. · Significant external network with commercial providers and industry experts in analytics, operations research, and visualization.
