Our client in Conshohocken is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join an
existing team and take the mobile apps to the next level. This is a long
term contract 12+ month opportunity. Located near King of Prussia Pa. Will
skype to hire if not local.
*Must have Native. If they are a mobile apps developer with Native
experience who is interested in just the design work not development, that
could be a fit too.*
*Description:*
This position will be focusing on redesign of the app. The functionality is
already complete. The intent now is to improve the user interface and user
experience with the app.
*Position Responsibilities:*
- Translate concepts into sketches, wireframes and hi-res prototypes
- Perform iPhone and Android native app prototyping
- Create visual designs that evoke the right emotional response.
- Be willing to learn from your colleagues for constant improvement
- Understand the “why” behind our business requirements
- Be flexible
*Required Skills:*
- Experience designing native iPhone and Android apps and iPhone and
Android prototyping though any tools similar to the following:
- Marvel, Flinto, Balsamiq, InVision, Omnigraffle, Mockingbird,
Axure, AppCooker, etc.
- Experience and skill with Adobe suite
- Experience translating concepts into sketches, wireframes and hi-res
prototypes.
- Comfortable working with executives to understand their needs and how
we can work to meet them.
- Ability to rapidly prototype.
