Salesforce.com (SFDC) SME or Lead with Service Cloud

Drive the project/ Work with the clients Project Manager

Work with Offshore team



*Summary*

This position is responsible for implementation and end to end delivery of
CRM/SFDC Service Cloud and ERP integration deliverable's to clients on CRM
engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of
existing applications.



*Responsibilities*

·         Key lead role for a Migrations and refactoring for Salesforce.com

·         Lead a team of 3 - 7 remote consultants for successful delivery
of a project within agreed timelines.

·         Translate business and functional requirements into Functional
approach, solution, and technical design specifications

·         Lead technical design, prototyping, development, testing and
deployment or upgrades of SFDC Service Cloud and Communities Applications.

·         Create system, Mange Test Plans, UAT and documentation

·         Analyze and troubleshoot complex system and user issues and
coordinate issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical
support teams, and vendors as needed



*Client Management:*

·         Manage day to day interactions/escalations with client

·         Establish credibility at all levels with clients and colleagues



*Knowledge and Skills:*

·         7+ years of experience implementing Salesforce.com applications
with increasing leadership responsibilities.

·         3+ years of experience of leading CRM and ERP
implementation/upgrades projects

·         Experience with at least 3 full life cycle Salesforce.com
implementations for the High Tech hardware industry

·         Proficient or lead in several industry specific business
processes, relevant to the client industry

·         Strong functional process Improvement, documentation, and
planning skills.

·         Ability to comprehend problems, analyze needs, and communicate
complex scenarios with simplicity.

·         Ability to establish and build confidence and trust with clients

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Willing to travel as needed, outside the Bay Area.  Candidate
will consider Bay Area as their home location

·         This position requires to work at customer sites depending on
opportunities mainly throughout California.

·         This position typically involves between 50% - 95% onsite
attendance, but could require travel of other locations/shifts availability
depending on the client needs.



*Qualifications*

Bachelors or Master's Degree

Industry and Platform Certifications, which have been maintained over
several years

Industry expertise and functional experience commensurate to the role
