Communication skills – ability to communicate with high level management. 5. 5+ years of program and project management practical experience *6.* Strong competency in program management methodologies, processes, and tools. *7.* Ability to communicate and interface with senior IT Operations management. 8. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 9. PMP Certification is preferred 10. Knowledge of SharePoint 2007/2010, MS Project 2007/2010, MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word 11.
