Work may span multiple domains · Aetna has IBM UDMH (unified data model for healthcare) used as a starting point. Needed to customize for Aetna. (Preferable skill, not mandatory) · Stringent deadline on this activity for CB · Need folks that can interact with customer · Candidate needs to understand mapping level and model level · Normally we focus on business level for CMM only but sometimes we have to focus on app level · Data mapping and modelling by working with Information Architects · Health Insurance knowledge is a must · Deliverables to produce: Gap analysis document, spreadsheet, metadata (detailing out the fields, the connections to sources, etc. · Requirement document that shows what is needed from CMM perspective · Identify if new / existing source is needed to support the new fields · Propose updates to CMM · It gets promoted and published to generate XSD · Tools used: RSA.
