Requirement details are below. *Open Position * : 2 *Location * : Hartford, CT *Duration *: 3 - 6 months *Start Date * : Immediate *Experience/ Skills:* · At least 8 years of experience with DW/BI and related tools, with primary skillset being Tableau · At least 8 years of experience in Software development life cycle · At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and building solution through Tableau · At least 3 years of experience in Design and Architecture review · At least 7 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on DW/BI development and In the role of Tableau Consultant, you will perform the following functions – • Candidate must have proven experience in Tableau design and development • He/She must have very good understanding of visual presentation of data • The candidate should be able to explain rationale of how visuals were developed to easily highlight what is going occurring in the data • The candidate must have proven experience in designing and building the structure of dashboards, should be able to suggest on how to present the data, why and find opportunity to get attention to a chart • Candidate should be able to understand the data and then correlate it with business needs and suggest innovative reports and dashboards that will help is faster decision making for the business team. Location for this position is Hartford, CT. Qualifications Basic • Education and Certification Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education • Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis, and design and programming techniques. • Familiarity with business intelligence, data warehousing design techniques, and dimensional modeling. • Experience working with large and complex database systems and demonstrated knowledge of data integration, mapping and conformance conceptually. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as well as strong collaboration/influencing ability. • Knowledge of Healthcare, Insurance, and/or Financial services industry. Preferred • Healthcare or Insurance/Financial services industry knowledge is preferred, but not required. Medical Management experience is a plus. • Experience in executing large projects in Global Delivery Model. • Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies. • Develop new and unique ways to improve the operations to save operational cost • Anticipate, understand and respond to the needs of internal and external clients to meet or exceed their expectations • Work cooperatively and effectively with the project team • Positively influence others to achieve results that are in best interest of both internal/external stakeholders • Asses situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks and make clear decisions Best Regards Ankit Kumar Sagwal IDC Technologies Inc.
