*Position: Build Engineer* *Location: Bloomington, MN* *Duration: 6-12 Months* *Job Description:* *Necessary Skills : * Experience with Win32 API, C++, COM, MS Build, and sundry Microsoft black arts Experience with MSI, WIX and Install shield. Experience in Scripting/OOP languages and build tools • Understand Ant/Ivy • More proficient with Gradle • Proficient with PowerShell Experience with source code control (i.e. Git/Stash) Experience with Continuous Integration servers (i.e. TeamCity/Jenkins) Experience with operating systems (i.e. Windows/Linux) Experience interacting with applications through RESTful interfaces Experience supporting and troubleshooting application servers (Tomcat and/or JBoss) *Desired Skills :* Experience with CI, knowledge of artifact repositories and Awareness of CD strongly preferred. Disciplined in Agile Development Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to be a self-starter, and work under insistent timelines Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple assignments effectively Expert troubleshooting skills Must have strong analytical skills Must be able and willing to take on leadership role *Roles & Responsibilities :* Handle the duties for software packages and installers serving as the technical liaison between Operations, Development, SQA, and Configuration Management. Lead the effort to resolve issues, implement solutions, provide guidance to members of the product team.
