Technical/Functional Skills

•             Overall 15+ years with 10+ years related work experience
(preference for property and casualty insurance experience).

•             Experience with agile/scrum methodology.

•             Software development lifecycle experience.

•             Is self-motivated, a quick learner, and self-directed

•             A creative thinker who analyzes, reviews and also propose
recommendation on efficient and creative solutions to business problems and

•             Is not afraid to ask the tough questions that lead to optimal
solutions in support of our customers’ needs

•             Has excellent written and verbal communication skills; can
confidently communicate and share experience and knowledge.

•             Experience with agile/scrum methodology.

•             Software development lifecycle experience.



*Roles & Responsibilities              *

•             Participate in functional requirement gathering and use case
creation sessions between IT & business teams

•             Take the lead in reviewing and evaluating the system
requirements documentation

•             Ensure functional/system requirements and use cases
documented are clear and concise to map to business requirements and
processes in language understandable to both technical and domain
stakeholders

•             Mentor and provide guidance to IT personnel in case of any
gaps in documented the use cases and functional requirements

•             Ensure that requirements are reviewed and approved by the
business community; managed and updated under change control; and
developed, tested and implemented to meet the true business needs

•             Review test plans, scenarios, and test cases where
applicable. Ensure plans, roles and responsibilities are well documented
and communicated.

•             “Be in the moment” with customer to help identify unforeseen
areas for improvement, whether a process or system improvement to IT &
business team

•             This position requires interaction with all levels of
management on customer side

skills needed; can confidently communicate and share experience and
knowledge.
