Position: *Sr* *SAP ABAP (APO) Developer* Location: *Chicago, IL* Duration: *1 year contract* Interview Mode: *Phone & F2F* *WE NEED AN ABAP DEVELOPER WHO HAS CODED WITHIN APO* *Responsibilities:* · Architect, document, develop, test and deploy new functionality or enhancements to existing functionalities using SAP development tools as assigned. · Act as a primary input for system build activities and is sought out as a subject matter expert for SAP SCM customizations. · Prepares program specifications and diagrams, and develops coding logic flowcharts. · Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis, and submits recommendations for solution. · Schedules and leads meetings. · Works with minimum supervision, confers with supervisor on unusual matters while keeping supervisor abreast activities. · Maintain a high level of technical competency regarding development and implementation tools. *Required Skills:* · At least 6-8 years of experience in the ABAP programming language with significant experience programming in SAP APO. · Software engineering and system design · Project management experience · Experience supporting SAP Bolt on Packages and Interfaces.
