This resource myst have SiteCoreCMS 7.2 or higher experience (they have 8 in their environment and is desired) They must also have Sitecore information architecture experience, as well as Custom Sitecore Search implementation. They must also have experience doing web development with ASP.NET using C# and MVC. They need at least 5 years of .NET development experience. . Personality is important and it must be someone who fits their team dynamic very well.
