Candidate should have direct experience and subject matter expertise with the dell authentication services software (QAS) product for mild to large size companies. Subject matter expertise with Active Directory and UNIX Sudoers access configuration as well as proficiency with Linux Operating system commands and working within the operating system. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills are necessary. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Deployment of QAS solution to approximately 1500 midrange servers. Effort will include interviewing application owners, identifying potential migration issues and resolution and working with the project team.
