*Please send Resume to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* Role: INFORMATICS Consultant Location: Hartford, CT Duration: 6+ Months Description: INFORMATICS candidate must have design and architecture experience with DATA WAREHOUSE, ETL and BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE and experience with LARGE DATABASES and a grasp of general Design Patterns and industry standard architectural principles related to data warehouse environments. • Practical knowledge of DataStage and Business Objects is a plus, but not required. • Conceptual knowledge of UML techniques and RSM tool is desired, but not required. • Candidate should demonstrate knowledge of data integration, data mapping, and data conformance conceptually. • Knowledge of key architectural principles surrounding data warehousing are required. • Experience architecting, developing, deploying and supporting large scale computing applications across multiple operating systems, languages, and vendor middleware is necessary. • Proven project experience and ability to lead a group through an architectural development process and collaborate with application development teams, architects, Business and other project constituents. • Ability to discover and define technical requirements and their relationship to functional requirements and to determine the adequacy of documented requirements for architecture definition. • Healthcare or Insurance/Financial services industry knowledge is preferred, but not required. • Medical Management experience is a plus. Strong business/technology decision making skills.
