Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 6 Months + Skills: Adobe LiveCycle, Flex, Oracle, SQL, J2EE, Spring Position Overview/Responsibilities: *Hands-On Technical Solutions Lead - Demonstrates full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC *Develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features. *Possesses detailed knowledge of software design and best practices (including advanced software security techniques *Possesses knowledge of system and database management concepts. *Provides design recommendation based on long term IT organization strategy. *Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business. *Assists in determining specifications for software solutions. *Provides advanced programming services for a variety of specific systems and business applications. *Participates at all levels in systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance. *Demonstrates hands-on experience with software automation (e.g. unit testing, continuous integration *Exercises independent judgment. Prepares milestones status report and presentations on system concepts. *Is expert in one or more SOA Java EE server software products and programming platforms such as Adobe® LiveCycle® Enterprise Suite 4 (ES4), Apache / Adobe Flex 4.6 SDK based on Adobe Flash Platform, J2EE, Spring Framework, Liferay, WebSphere, Oracle, MS SQL Server, SQL, PL/SQL, and Cognos. *Possesses detailed knowledge of open source frameworks and industry standards. *In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs. *Provide both order-of-magnitude and detailed estimates for software architecture and design activities and artifacts. *Demonstrates good understanding of Agile and RUP software development methodologies. Specific Required Knowledge / Skills: *Health insurance industry background in the area of Claim Processing/Adjudication is preferred. Experience with Flex/Flash & LiveCycle is a MUST HAVE) *Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience. *At least 7+ years of total J2EE development experience with and 5+ years on Spring framework and 3+ years’ experience working with Adobe® LiveCycle® *Enterprise Suite 4 (ES4), Apache / Adobe Flex 4.6 SDK based on Adobe Flash Platform Excellent user interface design and implementation experience. *Strong experience in Oracle and MS SQL Server databases should be able write good SQL and PL/SQL queries. *Strong Liferay implementation on Tomcat/TC Server on both windows and Linux platform. *Strong experience application integration with LDAP. *Ideally, hands-on experience with Liferay Portal administration , including the following tasks: *Installation and configuration of development and production environments Platform administration through the Control Panel Application design and development Strong hands-on experience in writing and deploying portlets, extensions, hooks and themes. *Design and implementation of custom page layouts *Database configuration *Organization of users and pages across collection types *Configuration and custom styling of out-of-box applications *Integration with legacy third-party applications *Proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript *Experience with Upgrades from Adobe LiveCycle LES2.5 to LES4 *Experience with Upgrades from Flex 3.6 to Flex 4.6 Experience with Upgrades from Oracle 11g to 12c *Strong Initiative with good verbal and written communication skills *Demonstrated experience working within a team environment *Proven ability to work w/ minimal supervision & adhere to schedules Thanks & Regards....?
