In this role, he/she will be expected to possess advance development skills in key technologies (articulated below). A candidate for this position must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead/participate in the the analysis, design and technical implementation. o Implementation and unit of the services according to provided technical specifications and business requirements o Responsible for the development and maintenance of SDLC artifacts related to services implementation. o Analyze and translate functional specifications into technical specifications o Implementation and unit testing of the .NET components for further orchestration within SoftwareAG Web Methods ESB o Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis and coding • Lead on-going production support for implemented web projects. o Manage production support tickets in terms of severity. o Provide resolution of support tickets. o Provide reporting of project statuses to project management and leadership. *Role Specific Requirements* *Required Technical Skills* • Minimum 5 years web development experience on Microsoft platform. • 5 years professional experience in developing C# and ASP.NET based web applications. • 5 years professional experience in developing application using SQL Server 2005, 2008. • Development experience with .NET Framework 2.0 Web Applications. • Development experience with .NET Framework 3.5, 4.0 - ASP.NET Applications and Windows Forms Applications. • 3 years professional experience in developing web services for the web consumption. Particularly, must have hands on development experience with WSI-BP 1.0 based web services (SOAP, TLS, XML, XSD, WSDL) • Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Design and Object-Oriented Programming • Development experience in XML, XSLT. • Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and 2013 including Team Foundation Server. • Strong knowledge of Unit testing frameworks and SOAPUI • Experience configuring and developing on IIS 6.0 & 7.0 platform. • Experience or knowledge of Web methods (Software AG ESB solution) is a plus. • Education: Hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS or a related technical discipline.
