*Minimum 5-7 years functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM requiring
significant data analysis, position management, security, HR Admin, and
core setup table understanding.*



*The Sr. Analyst, HRIS designs and implements integrated systems solutions
to technical and business problems at both tactical and operational levels.*

 He/she researches, debugs, analyzes problems, plans, models solutions, and
presents process and system solutions while collaborating with and guiding
other Associates. He/she works closely with Information Technology (T2),
vendors and customers to ensure business and/or technical requirements are
fulfilled in a quality manner and that technical resources are accurately
estimated and carefully utilized. Using functional requirements, he/she
oversees efforts across the full systems development lifecycle including
creation of specifications, configuration of applications, testing, and
implementation.



Duties:

*• Lead planning, gathering and documentation of requirements through
researching and analyzing problems, planning and modeling possible
solutions and recommending course of action.*

*• Leverage technical knowledge to estimate work efforts.*

*• Design, review, and present solutions for complex systems with multiple
integration points, multiple functions, and/or unique logic requirements
that are effective, efficient, maintainable, and that provide reliability
and scalability.*

*• Plan, drive and deliver solutions that are contemporary and in
accordance with TDA technical and functional guidelines.*

*• Deliver on time and on budget.*

*• Design and execute unit, scenario, and integration test plans and
scripts.*

*• Execute quality reviews.*

*• Lead others to implement best practice integrated system solutions and
process changes for complex business opportunities.*



This specific project

• Design, review, present, and implement solutions for complex integration
of PeopleSoft HCM with Sail Point Access Control.

• Design, test, and implement the integration of Associate data to/from
PeopleSoft HCM to Sail Point.

• Design, test, and implement the integration of PeopleSoft security/roles
to/from Sail Point.

• Establish and implement control/audit processes for on-going maintenance
and support of PeopleSoft and Sail Point Access control integration.

• *Troubleshoot and improve known and potential issues to ensure accurate,
consistent data exchanges between PeopleSoft HCM and Sail Point Access
Control.*

• Design, test, and implement changes to PeopleSoft HCM security roles and
permissions as needed to support integration with Sail Point Access Control.



*Qualifications*

• B.S./B.A. degree in Management Information Systems, Business
Administration, Business Management, Human Resources Management or
equivalent education and experience.

• Minimum 5-7 years functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM requiring
significant data analysis, position management, security, HR Admin, and
core setup table understanding.

• Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and have the ability
to multi-task.

• Strong interpersonal, logical reasoning, detail-oriented, written and
verbal persuasion/communication skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem resolution and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and leverage appropriate escalation paths
and check points.

• Knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker (IB) •
Knowledge of database technologies and data modeling.

• Will possess a systemic thought process, analytical thinking,
decisiveness, business/financial acumen, and a working knowledge of core HR
practices which includes hire, termination, promotion, and transfer of
Associates.

• Ability to read and apply knowledge from technical manuals.

• Ability to create and/or reengineer processes to help provide the highest
quality product and services.

• Effective team player and with ability to work collaboratively and build
relationships with Information Technology (T2) and internal/external
customers
