*Please send resume to **[email protected] <[email protected]>* Please share for the SAP Concur position – *Location – Pleasanton, CA* · Looking for a strong functional consultant experienced in SAP Concur Expense implementation · Experienced in gathering business requirements and play advisory role for implementing Travel and Expense system for large multinational companies and lead end to end implementation of Concur Travel and Expense solutions · Work with clients and SAP Concur resources to gather functional and technical requirements to their Concur system implementation needs · Acts as an effective advisor bringing business and consulting experience to travel and expense client engagements · Coordinate with different stakeholder groups for harmonizing policies and finalize Travel and Expense requirments. · Configure and administer Concur expense system including but not limited to user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules, integration with HCM and Finance upstream / downstream systems · Effective management of projects through key stakeholder meetings, planning and status reporting in a timely manner · Pro-actively coordinate and manage tasks and milestones to achieve target deadlines · Perform training and knowledge transfer to the client for effective use of Concur Travel & Expense system · Contribute to the development of templates and standard deployment documentation · Participate in new business development needs being an active contributor in technical solutions and approaches and helping resource needs · Effective contributor for Concur practice building activiites within the organization · Techno functional background in SAP Concur product implementations · Experience in configuring the system according to client needs and scope of Concur products/services · Experience with core Concur development tools including user administration, imports/exports, forms, workflows, audit rules etc; · Experience in launching and implementing Concur in a global organization · Capable of managing business requirements while also understanding the technical side of application implementation · Strong communication and documentation skills are required · Good understanding of application configuration and interfaces to and from Concur, as well as financial system and AMEX · Strong troubleshooting and issue management is required · Able to interact with technical teams as needed · Experience in any other Travel and Expense systems · Experience engaging Concur Support to research and resolve issues would be an advantage · Knowledge of Tax implications across different geographies · In depth knowledge on middleware technologies and integration with SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday and other major HCM and financial systems.
