They should understand how to interact with sponsors and end-users. This person should be seasoned. This role is not appropriate for someone interested in BA *or* PM work with little experience. Here is a list of skills required: 1. Tracking issues and conducting appropriate follow up 2. *Establishing appropriate timelines while working in conjunction with IT and Operations* 3. Liaising between IT and Operations for follow up 4. *Conducting any data analysis needed (e.g. Patient Days, Isolation, CBGB, etc*.) a. Engage IT when needed b. Engage Operations when needed c. Report out on results 5. Attend all Vigilanz Meetings 6. Attend Vigilanz end-user training 7.
