*Position Business Analyst* Location Naperville IL Duration 6+ Months, Client Bank of Montreal *Key Responsibilities* · Facilitating open communication between the customer & project team. · Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer. · Co-ordinate, interact and work with client, third party partners, onsite-offshore team, etc. as per requirements. · Interact with user representative to understand and document the business requirements and create functional documents. · Work with Test team in defining and developing test plan and test cases. · Support, work and co-ordinate with the Project team to ensure coverage of requirements, defect analysis and completion of testing (including UAT). · Provide required trainings/ KT to the team. *Profile * 1. 7-10 Years of experience in Lending and/or Leasing and related areas. 2. Exposure in working as a functional/ business analyst in a delivery project. 3. Understanding/ Exposure of Accessibility standards: WCAG 2.0, ADA Section 508, 21st Century Video and Communications Act. 4. Exposure to ALM, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint. 5. Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies. 6. Experience with Internet or mobile usability/accessibility research is a plus. 7. Should be a good communicator and a good team player. 8. Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels. 9. Strong business focus including problem resolution. 10. Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills.
