Knowledge on ANSI files (at least on one area) will be a good skill set • Prior experience in implementing complex healthcare projects • Ability to manage 3-4 medium complex OR 1-2 high complex projects from Initiation to Warranty period • Since this is a PMO role the PM will have no direct reports but need to pull shared resources from various departments to deliver project. Interpersonal communication, soft skills and managing relationships across various departments are expected • FAHM/PAHM certifications would help • PMP/CSM preferred • Expertise in MS Project is expected – EPMO is planning to manage all projects out of P6 rather from MS Project this year.
