Possesses one or more industry standard certifications including CCNP, etc. · Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. · Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. · A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must be familiar with managed services concepts within an outsourcing environment. Reports to a manager. Must demonstrate advanced enterprise level skills in LAN/MAN/WAN, WiFi and LAN facilities provisioning. Cisco routing & switching, Cisco WiFi controllers, and Aruba WiFi Controllers.
