Working on incident, change, problem Management processes as defined by client. 3. Working with Offshore teams and following up with vendors cases regularly. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES An expert, enriched with experience to install, configures and troubleshoots application/web servers such as Apache, Tomcat & JBoss. Also, having experience in Integrating application servers and MQ. The candidate will support and maintenance of application/web server infrastructure for complex business applications. He/ She will be primary point of contact for all production/critical issues and perform advance level troubleshooting. Personal Attributes: a.
