Cool that you use bldcat to create the catalogs. :-) Thanks to Dagobert it will be faster and better in pkgutil 1.3. Pkgutil will work with your repo now but if you want pkg-get to work as well you need to create the descriptions file the new bldcat produces. You still have more work to do for pkg-get to work but it's a start.
