I sent the question to gcc-help mailing list this morning.
I am waiting for an answer. I will still packages up OS specific packages on
Monday if I don't get a solution. If the gcc or this list comes back with a
solution, I will re-package.
There are too many packages waiting on amd64 gcc to hold this any longer.
