same time and freetype2 must be installed on the buildfarm
for building fontconfig.

As I understand, we don't have many choices, so it's fine for me.
Important is, that a notify is sent to the maintainers list.
We have not build8st for this. AFAIK this has not been done yet.
Want to give it a try?
I notice that fontconfig has been released, but not freetype2.
Is this ok? Should I recompile now cairo, pango and atk or
wait until freetype2 has been released?
