Hi,
in the current implementation of check-upstream FILES2CHECK are defined
with := invoking bin/upstream_watch. This means the definition is made
and the binary called on each invocation of make, regardless of the
target.
With a limited internet connection this causes massive delays on the
lftp call. I changed the implementation in r4633 to only calculate
the names if necessary:
