outgoing SSH from the build hosts is blocked. You need to scp from the
login host.
To be precise: It is not blocked. The buildmachines have private IP
adresses
from 192.168.* and there is no natting. 'login' is dual-homed with an
official and a 192.168.* address. For HTTP and SVN/WebDAV there is a
proxy
installed.
